Background music and multi-room audio are part of a Zene smart home: ceiling or landscape speakers, a central streamer, and volume that can be set per room. The same backbone can feed the cinema, kitchen, garden and gym.

We keep the interface simple — keypads, a phone, or voice — and hide the equipment in a rack. The point is music that is there when you want it, not another remote to learn.
